Pros: This little rotary tool works as it should. I received a nylon baggie (about the size of the larger Crown Royal bags) and 29 accessories, counting the 2 clamps and the little washer that holds the sanding band in place. Though most of the accessories are useless, using other bits I have been able to finish several projects.Cons: What you order IS NOT what you get. The product description clearly states that it comes with an accessory case/organizer and that the 2 clamps are IN ADDITION to the 30 accessories. After 2 exchanges and still receiving the same blessed item (the first item was also missing the User Guide), I gave up. Further, the description says that the item has a 5-year warranty, but the box says 2-years.If you don't mind these disappointments, it's a great product.
I guess if you are informed and still buy this product that is okay. My only complaint is that Amazon shows a carrying case for the roto-tool, spring clips, and accessories. The RTX tool works great. However, I was expecting the carry case. Well, you only get a carry bag with drawstring top. Very misleading. I suppose I will make do with the soft carry bag. I would suggest that Amazon update the picture so customers are not mislead.
This is a real nice tool. It even came with a carry bag. The 3 speeds are great for a number of different projects. The shape is just right for holding and doing delicate things as well as larger projects.
did NOT come with a soft sided carry case and since i received my order yesterday the pics of the canvass looking carry case have been removed this description is misleading or a down right lie "soft-sided carry case with accessory compartment, user guide, and wrench"
Been looking for a rotary tool for a long time but just could not convince myself to buy a Dremel. Mine came with a drawstring bag and not the case shown but I didn't buy it for the case. Read reviews and decided on this because of the power and price. Have used it on a number of shop projects and found it is not easily stressed. The tool now hangs on my peg board by the tool's D-ring and gets frequent use. This is a good addition to the home shop.
